Is it good?
Woodcraft is another excellent game from the famous Vladimír Suchý. In Woodcraft we find interesting elements, such as the wheel action system, which greatly reminds us of his other game, Praga caput regni.
There are many things to take into account in the game: all the mechanics of planting dice to grow and cut, hiring assistants, collecting new orders to fill, improving your workshop, filling the attic, and above all, don’t forget to get on the reputation track.
The problem is that we don’t have many turns to do everything, the game is tense, which requires constant anticipation and optimize your actions to accomplish as much as possible in a few turns.
Woodcraft offers great depth of play with its theme and some original mechanics. I recommend it.
